How can this be possible?

Hi,
I upload a file index.php to my space.
IF -after uploading it- I refresh (right click) two or three times, something deletes this file:
it starts at 6.28 Kb and at the third consecutive refresh click it becomes a 0 bytes useless and empty php file with the same name. What's happening?!
