2.0 slow....

When using FTP 2.0 to upload to our servier..its like a snail. Th actual files go OK, but there is a great deal of lag betweeen the sending of the files. Bing I have to send up over 200 digital daily, this lag is a PIA. Here is a section of the log, perhaps someone can diagnose and help? I've tried all of the optimizers from SG.net and Cablenut.com and nothing has noticably changed.

As you see the transfer is at 200+/- KB/s but due to the lag its taking 4 seconds per file and the files are generally 184 KB in size.

Help?

I'm having the same problem. Have T1/full bandwidth and still takes HOURS to upload a total of 8megs of files. What a waste of money.

Its not the fault of SMART FTP...it the path or different routers you have to go through. Try a tracert to your destination and see where the long ms is in the hops.
