Connection problems

Hi, im trying to set up smartftp for uploading files onto a game server, i cant seam to get it working but a freind of mine has on his computer, this is the log i get:

EDIT: Im also having the same problem connecting to our site to upload:

Router problem?

update, problem solved for the server, but i still cant get the website working, to sort the server i just changed the port from the servers port to port 21.
