Not uploading my sub-folders

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the client issue or not, I try to upload a folder with sub folders, but not all of the sub-folders and it's content is being uploaded. Any suggestions?

How do I use "global queue" ?
I have been using drag and drop and so far it seems to be ok as far as I can tell.

In the settings under General -> Navigation, set the "Default Drag&Drop Operation" to "Queue".
