Transfer Queue Problems

Hi. I just started using SmartFTP. I have a problem getting the transfer queue to work. I see the item in the queue, but no actions are taken, and it just remains there permanently. I've tried pressing the start button (and later stop, then start again) but it still remains the same. I can download other things if I don't use transfer queue (ie using direct download), but I can't use transfer queue. Can someone help me on this? Thanks.

Perhaps you should check again that Queue options window to make sure it it correctly filled.

To get there, press CTRL-O and go to "Queue".
