How do I change the home directory on smartftp?

Okay, just purchased a license key, installed and restarted smartftp, same error.

Hello ...

Thank you. The problem is with the server/host your web hosting provider owns. The server is not configured correctly. You should contact them and they will very likely be able to fix this problem.
