Have been using SmartFTP 2.0 for a while now and *love* it. However, I just tried to install it on another machine, and have had problems getting the program to launch.
When I launch it on the new machine, the program prompts me to enter my Microsoft Network Passport id and password. The other machines on which I use the program have never prompted for this. Furthermore, the prompt will not allow me to cancel, nor allow me to enter anything into the id and password fields. The program just locks up.
I've tried uninstalls and reinstalls. Anything else I can try?
