I'm interested in developing a complementary product that enhances SmartFTP and I was just wondering if anybody has any suggestions? For example, WinZip includes a toolbar for Microsoft Outlook that enables users to zip attachments in an outgoing email message with the click of a button.
What are users doing just before they use SmartFTP to transfer files? Are they typically using a web browser or a web publishing tool?
