I've used Smart quit a bit lately and have not had any problems. I made no changes to anything but now when I try to download I keep getting the "waiting to retry" message. It seems to try to connect then says "pre-transfer" then goes back to "waiting to retry" On my connections page it says "idle" What has happened. Why can't I donwload all of a sudden? Thanks.
