Hey hey!
Right, I've just taken over my band's website from some dude who was doing a really bad job of it. The trouble is, I haven't got the first clue of what I'm doing! I can make it look pretty - but that's about it!
Anyway, I've got my ftp set up and all that jazz, and I've uploaded a temporary "Coming Soon" type page, however I'm just getting the index page with the Parent Directory link on there. It also has the link to my front page, but I need to know how to set it so it just goes straight to my front page.
It wouldn't be that much of an urgency normally, but our band has just started to generate a lot of interest with mildly important people and we need to have something for them to look at!
Any help on this would me much appreciated.
