hey,
if i have a global queue added and there for some reason is problems on target machine (may it be local or fxp) it does not respect the retry of the config.
if i have a site that doesn't let me login or am out of disspace, it jumps on to the next file in the queue at once, not waiting the xx seconds set in the config
i have seen this error in more versions.
