File size mismatch puzzling

Hello,

Does anyone have any insight on how to solve this:

Whenever I upload a file, it goes "Transfer failed. File size mismatch" and just converts the filesize to 0 into blank HTML or PHP files. This occurrence just started happening out of the blue.....
