How to use the queue function?

I have tried it several times, but I cant seem to get the queue function to work..

Can someone please give it to me in numbered point form? With all necessary settings/action needed for files to be uploaded to my server using the queue function!

Hi, the best way is:

Control+O -> General -> Navigation -> and change the Default Drag&Drop Operation to Queue, on that way with simply drag and drop from local to remote you can use the Queue. Then click on the "play" button at Queue and your job goes to start.

I have tried this several times, BUT the only thing that happens is: "status: waiting to retry".. No uploading is taking place!

Any solutions for my problems??
