I am desprite for help my xbox can not be turned off until the process is over because it will somehow mess up my xbox. I am a 100% noob to computers and when i type in my username and password then my ip then hit enter then try to click on my ip on the left when the new box opens up the screen just below it freaks out and in red letters it says 1 of 2 things either "502 pasv is not implemented" or "502 noop is not implemented." i have no idea how to work this program its my dads and its really confusing and even he doesnt know how to use it yet please help me
