I'm new to useing SmartFTP. I've got a problem and I need your help. I've looked everywhere for an answer but I ccouldn't find anything that specifically addresses this problem.
Problem: No matter what I do I can't seem to get the program to sign in because everytime I click the go button the annonymos tag is attached to the URL. I've done the reset. What do I do now.
Please help.
