URL and META Tag problems

I'm relatively new to the FTP world of websites. I have a website up and running but can't seem to get it to show up on ANY search engines. I've run analyzers and the results say I need Meta Tags.......I've plugged in Meta Tags from a generator but that corrupts my website page. I"m stummped.

Please take a look at the site and tell me what I should do. Thanks.
