Hi, I have to write a dissitation and I need to download a program from my university, using this program, but I cannot as in the box it says 550 Unknown directory / drive not ready: /A in red. I have followed solutions to all the known problems my university says sometimes occur, but they do not work. I seem to be connected to my files but the A drive has a cross next to it and so I cannot look at or download the files on it which I need?
This maybe a really easy problem to fix but I dont know much about computers!
This is what it says:
