Server Closing Connetion

Hey, I'm newbie here and I have a problem conecting. I had SmartFTP V.1.5 and everything worked fine for a few days and then i began having trouble conntecting to the server and a frind of mine says for her ithe connection to that server works fine. I tried upgrading to FTR V.2.0 but I'm still having problem. What am I doing wrong? here is the log:

Hi, for me works fine, check with another ftp sites, if it works and don't works with your site speak with the server admin, if other sites don't works too, check your firewall settings.
