We made the (apparent) mistake of downloading/installing the free version (0990) of SmartFtp from C|net.

Since that time the FAXmodem in our Lexmark 6150 All-in-one has been inoperable. We have been through ALL the suggested

Hi, i am 100% sure that SmartFTP don't has nothing to do with this, but using the SmartFTP backup tool you can be sure of a 100% uninstallation of SmartFTP.
