I have a problem

I recentlly the past few days i have not ben able to log in FTP program for anime website. The email for the FTP acc was changed recentlly. And if i do retrieve password it goes to the one that was changed. I need to get my password but looks like not possible since my email was changed. How do i change my email to new one so i can get my pass.
