Hello all
I contacted my host because the server they had me on was laggy (over sold) so they moved me to a different server and I now cannot access FTP or cpanel. It act's as if they changed my user name or password because it keeps saying failed attempt, I can see the generic page for the site so the dns took(nothing has been uploaded) i.e.

I contacted them again and they reply'ed with.........
"No, we did not change your login. If you still cannot get in you will need to make sure you're firewalls are disabled and call your isp and ask them if port 21 is blocked. Make sure you're using a ftp program."
