ok i have been having this problme for the last few days, it worked fine before i renewed my hosting for my website
Now when i fill in all the details address which i use is starting ftp.sitename etc it seems to log in, but then it times itself out even though it set at 60secs. i am running in passive mode which my hosting thought might be the problem.
