Hi,
I am new to SmartFTP, I can login no problem and can see my website name in the Remote View and have my index.htm file ready to be transferred in the Global Source but there is no drop down list of folders which I should be able to see - Docs, BIN, etc. I rang the hosting company and they said turn off the Passive Transfer which I did but then could not connect up as before so nothing at all happening! I am going slightly bonkers trying to figure this out, any help appreciated!!
