I can see the folder on the directory-tree, i can click it, but i cant access it. I called the server hosts, or whatever they are called, but they say that we have full permission to the folder, and no errors are found at their place. I have doublechecked that the password is correct (and username), i'm using the latest version of smartftp, also tested ws_ftp, but same problem there... Tried shutting down the firewall, but still, the darn folder is in-acessible... please help!
