Need Help With Chmod

Hey I have already read the posts about the CHMOD not working on a windows server, and the admin saying that you will not need it. However I am tryng to set up OS commerce and whenever I go on the install directory it says "Page Can not be Displayed" Any suggestions ? Thank you.

What exactly has setting up OS commerce (whatever that is) to do with FTP / SmartFTP? You might be better off in a OS commerce help community.

Hi, i just installed OsCommerce on my box without any trouble, test that you gived the correct paths to the address.

thanks, And I thought it was because I could not set the permissions for the files that you need for OS commerce.
