Connecting using SFTP

The hosting company says I need to connect using SFTP (not SmartFTP) but I don't know how. Is there someplace in SmartFTP that I can set this?

Despite its name, SFTP is not related to the FTP but to the SSH protocol. SmartFTP does not (yet) support SSH (and thus not SFTP / SCP).
