Am I doing something wrong or what?

I try to upload the whole structure of files and folders but it just doesn't work!!! It uploads only the files from the main folder.
I used drag&drop method but also the upload function from SmartFtp...
I try to copy oscommerce which has many folders but I don't want to spend one hour just to copy every directory.
Please tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks.

I was just about to install another ftp client when I've found the solution in another post.
..using global queue, drag and drop with right click...
