Automation Needed for Constant Uploading?

Good Day All:

I have a single small file that I want to upload every 30 seconds. Is there any way to have this done within this software? If not, any ideas for alternative software?

Hi, add the item to global queue right click over the item, schedule and enable recurrence, but the min time is 1 minute.
