Upload failing

Every time I try to upload a a new or changed file I get a server response "Transfer failed". However, uploading the same file a second time gives the response "Transfer Successful"

Why does it fail the first time ?

I have the same problem, it is very annoyng !

I tried to change several configuration parameters ...
always the same problem.

Can you help please ?
