[False Positive] Trojan in SmartFTP client!

Hi everyone,
i'm writing because this morning my antivirus (Avast), after an update of virus definitions (http://www.avast.com/eng/vps_history.html), founded a trojan in smartftp client (Win32:Trojano-2949 [Trj]). I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the last version of client but at the moment the latest version i founded still seems to contain the trojan.
what about it? anyone had the same problem?

ok,
i can try to submit this problem to avast, but you can warrant that the software doesn't contain the trojan at all????

i had 0547-3 virus definitions... just now the new virus definition of avast fixed the problem...
