Problem

Only client IP address allowed for PORT command

Cause

The server is blocking foreign IP addresses in an FXP attempt.

Solution

If SmartFTP cannot resolve the problem with the alternative FXP method, then the server needs to be configured to allow foreign IPs. Contact the server administrator for further assistance.
