EgisTec BioExcess

Problem

The EgisTec BioExcess context menu shell extension crashes when the context menu in the Local Browser is about to be displayed.

Cause

Bug in EgisTec BioExcess's shell extension (EgisShellExt.dll).

Solution

Uninstall EgisTec BioExcess or disable the EgisTec BioExcess shell extension using ShellExView.
