OpenSSH certificates

SmartFTP supports proprietary OpenSSH certificates for certificate-based authentication as specified in [1].

When a private key file for the public key authentication is specified, SmartFTP automatically looks for a corresponding OpenSSH certificate file in the same directory where the private key file resists. If the private key file is named X then the corresponding certificate file must be named X-cert or X-cert.pub.
