Anonymous Login Problem

Problem

Always logs in as anonymous instead of using the username and password.

Solution

You need to enter the username and password in the quick connect dialog:

1. menu: File - Connection
2. Enter the host
3. Login type: Username & Password
4. Enter the username and password
5. Click OK to connect
