How To schedule the transfer of a folder

How To schedule a transfer of a folder

The goal is to transfer (move or copy) of all files from the source folder C:\source to the destination folder /destination

  1. Stop the transfer queue
  2. Drag&drop the source folder (e.g. C:\source) to the destination (root folder /) or use the Copy/Move buttons in the middle toolbar between two browsers. 
  3. A new transfer is added to the transfer queue.
  4. In the transfer queue, right-click the newly created transfer and select Properties from the context menu
  5. If you want to move the source folder, set the Operation to Move, otherwise Copy
  6. Change the destination folder to /destination
  7. Optional: If you want to move the files of the source folder, but not the source folder itself:
    Go to the Advanced tab
    Set the Keep Folder option to Yes
  8. Click OK to save all changes
  9. Continue with How To schedule a transfer
