SmartFTP offers the following technical support:

Customers with a Support Plan
Technical support is offered during the maintenance period via email with a 1 business day response time. To contact technical support, open a support ticket through the application. If the application does not have such a functionality, send an email to support and include the serial of your license and a detailed description of the problem.

Limited pre-sales support is available. The Support page includes Tutorials, Knowledge Base articles and Community Forums that can assist you in finding a solution to your problem.
