Post by alxbond007 » Fri Jan 17, 2014 7:13 am

Hi!

I need to find all files in local folder with text "hello world" in file content. Please, give me the advice on how to configure search by file's content.

Thanks

As long as the folder is allowed to be indexed by the OS built in indexer, open the folder and paste your search term in the search box on the top right of the folder in File Explorer.
If searching for multilple words, you need to put them in quotes i.e. "hello world".
