Sftp connection

Hi guys,
we are testing SmartFtpClient and SmartFtpLibrary (trial license) in order to check if it is ok for our job.
Trying a SFTP connection what we obtain is this:

Does anybody know the reason and a way to solve it?

Can you connect with SmartFTP client?

No, this log is generated by SnartFTP Client...

Can you send the IP address of the server to support at smartftp.com?

Yes but I suppose you would need user and password too... Isn't it?
In such a case may I send it to you in a private message?
