Plimus Error Upon Purchase

I went through the purchase process, and after submitting my order, I was sent to a Plimus page which indicated a Failure occurred. Of course, PayPal shows payment made in full to Plimus, and PayPal . However, I have not received my license for SmartFTP.

I wasn't sure where to report this error. So I guess I'll start here.
