File Logger doesn't work

Hi,
 
I enabled the File Logger plugins, and it creates a 20170310.csv file in the path, but when the scheduled task runs, the csv doesn't get written into anything. It remains empty.
Any help is appreciated.
 
Although the Transfer Queue folder has the log for each transfer.
