I have had a smartFTP license for years, and use it for business. I am wanting to load the program on a laptop for travel as well to access files. The problem is that I no longer use the same email address as I did when I initially purchased the program, and I do not have a record of the Serial number. Of course that leaves me with no way to contact support (not even through the forum it seems!). Obviously I can still access and use my program on my desktop, however from what I can see I cannot recover the Serial from inside the program when it is open.
I am hoping somebody has run into this before or has a suggestion as to how I can recover the Serial in order to load the program on my laptop as well.
