Post by jameyw » Tue Sep 08, 2015 4:26 pm

Thank you. Unfortunately you have created a hang dump instead of a crash dump. Please see the instructions in the KB article, paragraph:
If SmartFTP crashes

The file it created is too big for Zippy.  Is there another preferred site?

It doesn't matter to us. OneDrive maybe?

Thank you. We have corrected the bug:
https://www.smartftp.com/download
It happened under some circumstances when the upload to a WebDAV server failed.

Are you sure that you need to use WebDAVS to connect to your server? Because it does not look like your server is supporting WebDAV. More likely, to transfer files, you need to connect to the FTP server using the FTP/FTPS protocol. Contact the server administrator and ask for the FTP username, password and host. Once you have the information open a new connection: File - Connection. Select the FTP or FTPS protocol and enter all the other information. Click OK to connect.
