Files stuck in Transfer Queue

Posted by Ramzypro on 17 August 2010 - 02:06 PM

When clicking "View" or "Edit" after right-clicking on a file, the file goes into the transfer queue and sits indefinitely with the "Zz" icon. Same thing happens when trying to drag & drop.

May be a problem with the installer? A warning message seemed to pop up for half a second before the installer started. Normally the installer prompts me to restart, but it did not prompt me this time. I upgraded from 1133.

I manually restarted, and the problem still exists.

Using SFTP over SSH with Notepad++ as editor.

Post the log from the transfer queue. To get it double click the file.

[[10:37:20] Failed to seek in file 'IStream'.
[10:37:20] The handle is invalid.
Can you delete when you have resolved? I don't like the amount of private information this contains.

No problem. Thank you for reporting it :-)

Just discovered it happening again with 0KB (freshly created) files, log is below, I replaced the account name with *** to protect client:

[17:00:34] Operation Begin
[17:00:34] Resolving path "/home/***/public_html/staticfiles".
[17:00:34] Path successfully resolved to "/home/***/public_html/staticfiles".
[17:00:34] Getting attributes of "/home/***/public_html/staticfiles/get_news.php".
[17:00:34] Attributes successfully obtained.
[17:00:34] Downloading file "/home/***/public_html/staticfiles/get_news.php".
[17:00:34] Restarting at 0.
[17:00:34] 0 bytes transferred. (0 bytes/s) (390 ms)
[17:00:35] File successfully transferred.
[17:00:35] Getting attributes of "/home/***/public_html/staticfiles/get_news.php".
[17:00:35] Attributes successfully obtained.
[17:00:35] Operation End

I think I have found the problem but nevertheless using the View command the file opens fine here. Is that something you see as well?

Can you try it again with the latest version?

Upgrading to the most recent version has fixed the problem! Thanks!
