Can you collect a crash dump as described here?
http://www.smartftp....orts-f2594.html

Thank you

I make a dump.zip file (132Mo) ... download here : http://www.150.be/Dump.zip

Thank you,

raph

PS: Upload ==> NO problems. Only download make problems

Thank you. From the crash dump I can see that the crash is most likely caused by sliplsp.dll. This file is part of t he SlipStream Accelerator. Uninstall it and try again.

Regards,
Mat

I have no SlipStream Accelerator or other accelerator installed on my workstation... BUT I try to found it manually ...

- Found in program Files ==> NETSCAPE ACCELERATOR ... grrrr (i never install that but it's true, i attempt to install netscape)
- Uninstall of Netscape ==> Done
- The file sliplsp.dll is not deleted
- Try to delete manually ==> not possible
- I reboot computer and i try again ==> ... (more details come soon)

You can probably manually unregister it:
regsvr32.exe /u sliplsp.dll

Then reboot.

I try using regsvr32.exe /u sliplsp.dll but it not work ... i dont know why

Here is the procedure (if somebody encounters the same problem)

1. If you cannot delete manually the file sliplsp.dll, unregister it (if it work) using : regsvr32.exe /u sliplsp.dll

If you cannot delete the file after a regsvr32, go to : http://www.ubcd4win.com/ and download UBCD4WinV350.exe
Install UBCD4WinV350. When install finish, run the program. Choose to BURN a DVD (REQUIRE : you must have a blank dvd) AND Click on COMPILE button
Wait +- 20-30minutes maximum --- ((REQUIRE : you must have your windows XP installation DVD - recommanded original)).

When the BURN procedure is complete ==> You have a windows XP LIVE DVD BOOTABLE (a windows bootable on a dvd).
MMMmmmhh ==> it's very interresting a Windows Live bootable dvd and it's free and legal if you have your own windows licence !!!

2. Reboot your computer and insert the WINDOWS XP LIVE DVD on your dvd.
Choose to boot on the DVD (bios) and boot windows xp live dvd.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A WINDOWS LIVE DVD, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD LINUX LIVE DVD FOR FREE HERE : http://www.knoppix.org/

3. when windows is booted up, use the explorer to locate and delete the file sliplsp.dll

4. Operation complete, reboot your computer and then choose to boot on your hard drive

5. Now, the suspicious file is deleted, BUT you have NO acces to internet because the winsock catalog is corrupted

6. SIMPLY ==> click START ==> CMD

7. when the command prompt (CMD) is started, press : CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to grow elevation level to ADMINISTRATOR. You can also use right click on CMD icon and choose "open such as admin"

8. type in the command prompt: netsh winsock reset (then press ENTER)

9. reboot your computer when operation complete (the program must say : you must reboot your computer)

10. FINISH ==> NO SUSPICIOUS FILES AND INTERNET WORK AGAIN !!!

11. TESTING SMART FTP ON DOWNLOAD ==> WORK GREAT !!

Thank you for your support and all the team SMART FTP ^^
