When I try and logon to my web site I have tried the following syntax's and here are their failing results:

ftp://www.pcweb.net/fred - I get a dialog box that states FTP will ignore the userid and password. I connect OK, but get the following message: 530 User anonymous unknown. I don't know how to input my user ID and password.

/www/pcweb.net/fred - My ISP told me to enter this way to get into my site, never connects. I don't think this is the correct syntax.

www.pcweb.net/fred - Connects fine, logs on fine, but I can only view my standard logon files from my ISP, but no subdirectories or files for my website are present. I have tried the following settings:Tools->settings->transfer, Show all files _a, checked and not checked, Resolve Links, -L checked and not checked. I did have this work once and was able to transfer files, but not anymore and I have no idea what made it work. My connect to my email works so I know my password and ID are fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
