Salve, non avevo visto il forum in italiano.
Ripeto, ho installato Smartftp 64 bit, lingua italiana, su win7 64bit.
Nel momento in cui clicco sulla freccetta per eseguire il download dei file da remoto a locale, il programma crasha e si riavvia.

Ho provato a cancellare le key nel Regedit, ma nulla da fare.

Grazie, Giuliano

Salve, ho già provato e riprovato la soluzione https://www.smartftp...s-f2625.html...
NON FUNZIONA.
Sarebbe possibile provare con la versione PRO?

Perché altrimenti sarò costretto a chiedervi indietro i soldi in quanto il software è inutilizzabile!

Grazie

Could you please describe your problem (in detail) in English?

And please provide a crash dump if SmartFTP crashes:

Did you also try the following:
1. Uninstall SmartFTP
2. Reboot
3. Delete the c:\program files\SmartFTP Client folder
4. Install SmartFTP

Hi, i wrote in italian because this is the ITALIAN support forum!
My SmrtFtp doesn't crash at startup, but when i try to download / upload a file on remote server.

I cannot reproduce the error, i'm not able to.

We need a crash dump to debug the problem.
