Hello, the license that we have (SmartFTP 4.x Ultimate) is not working.
We're getting the following error: License exhausted, cannot allow another instance.
The thing is that we've purchased the serial number for 3 computers, and we're only using them on 3 computers.
It would be nice of you to maybe refresh the serial or send us a new one. Thank you.
