can't connect

I have purchased a 3 year agreement for FTP smartclient and downloaded the license key. Eveything appears fine. I have opened FTP client and done the necessary steps to connect. I see the remote browser and the local browser. All of the files are there, but nothing is happening. I cannot get it to start. Please help.

Please post the complete log from the remote browser.
