I'd like some start-up script or something that let's me execute some ftp commands when I log into a system. for instance, when I ftp into our AS/400 I want to set the namefmt to 1 but I have to do that manually now. I would like for the commands I enter in to come before any LIST or anything else that SmartFTP does. Setting the namefmt to 1 on the 400 let's me use it more naturally and puts me on the filesystem that I want to use.

Implemented in the latest version:

You can set the commands in the FTP dialog in the favorite properties.
