Anyone aware of a problem with restores under version 3 thanks? If I do a backup, when I attempt to restore the "Next" button is greyed out (can not proceed)? The structure of the backups look to be the same, but I just can't proceed. The naming syntax is as follows:

SmartFTP Client 2.0 Backup-20080408-174833 (78K) - works fine

SmartFTP Client 2.5 Backup-v2.5.1008.21-20071225110532 (100k) - works fine

SmartFTP Client 3.0 Backup-v3.0.1013.8-20080427132506 (85K) - does not work

I have tried to backup/restore to several locations but none work. It's a worry when backup's are useless & are not recognised as backups! The file structure within the backup ZIP files all look basically identical.

The backup from an earlier release under V3 also behaved the same (couldn't be restored)! :(

Anyone have any thoughts thanks? ;)

Thanks Mat, Fixed many thanks! I guess it must have been a bug then? ;)

It's fine now so that's fantastic! :( Also can restore older V3 backups as well.

Yep it was a bug. The backup tool didn't recognize the backups made by the client.

Great, that explains it. Many thanks for the quick action. ;)
